How did you find out you have a blockage? if you do have one.  Was it an MRI? I’m just curious, I’ve had several MRI’s tht show white mass lesions on my brain.  I was 40 when my symptoms started & that was when I had my first MRI, I’m 49 now & I’ve had several since. I was told it’s unusual to have white mass lesions tht young but sometimes migraines can cause them.

I didn't have any lesions, but the left side of my brain is smaller than the right and that was caused by Meningococcal Septasemia when I was 3. The consultant thinks that slight pressure from the right side might be the cause but cannot be 100% sure.

It was CT angiogram. I have also had brain MRIs too. But it was the ct that checked the blood flow and they seen it. The MRI picked up deferent issues. Lesions can be caused by migraines. But if you’re having other symptoms I would look into that. Things can cause lesions other than migraines. Those things might cause the symptoms you’re having.
